TKscrollPICT puts up a window that looks identical to the TKTextWind window (title, scroll bars, etc.). The difference is it scrolls a PICT resource instead of TEXT.
Why? This was designed to provide Help information that might require graphics but can be used for anything. Imagine a long narrow PICT that combines text and graphics and can be scrolled. By using the optional popup menu to access any scroll location you can create impressive, colorful, and informative windows.
